SystemLink.............Consultancy and Training

The key to building successful networks is the knowledge of the people building them.

Knowledge is gained from experience, from training or books and from other people.

Networking is not complicated, it is simply communication between two or more electronic devices.

The rules which govern computer communication may seem overly complex, however on closer examination you will find that they follow quite closely the rules we use for human communication.

We take for granted the rules for oral communication and visual communication but if you actually stop to think about it you can begin to see the complexities involved.

It takes a human around 6 or 7 years to master the arts of oral and visual communication so don't expect to be able to learn all about computer communication in 5 minutes.

Thinking for a while about the rules of human communication can help you to get a better understanding of some of the obstacles that need to be overcome and why it can seem to be so "complex"!
